Dear Parents:
My name is Brian Byrne and I
would like to introduce myself as the new Principal of Durban Avenue
School. I am honored to be a part of the Hopatcong School district,
and I will do everything in my power to make your child’s experience
at Durban Avenue a positive one that assists in their development into successful, responsible citizens.
My philosophy of education is
that all children should be safe, happy, and learn in school. While
safety is the most important, all three are necessary to provide
students with the tools to reach their full potential. These three
goals will continue to be a priority at Durban Avenue School.
It is my hope that I will get
to know you all and your children in this upcoming school year.
