The Hopatcong Board of Education has two openings for board member positions. Vacancy number one as a term that expires on December 31, 2022. Vacancy number two has a term that expires on December 31, 2024. Individuals interested in applying for either of these positions should submit a letter of interest and résumé to Mr. Jeff Hallenbeck, board secretary, by the close of business on Thursday, May 19, 2022. The board will contact interested candidates to schedule interviews for Monday, May 23rd.

Parents/Guardians of New Entrants:

To register your child for school (Grades 8 - 12), please click here to complete the online registration process.  Additional forms will be provided to you via email to complete as well.

Please note that the following documents are also required:

  • TWO proofs of address
  • A copy of your child's birth certificate or passport
  • Academic information as follows:  Grade 8 - report cards from grades 6 and 7, Grade 9 - report cards from grades 7 and 8, Grades 10, 11 and 12 - Transcript from previous high school and last report card.
  • If your child receives special services, please provide a copy of his/her IEP.
